Completing Medical Records
If you received notice from a facility that you have medical records to complete, you may need to check a few different programs. The links below have instructions how to find and complete outstanding records for the listed facilities.
- South Atlantic Meditech Facilities (Jacksonville, South Carolina and Georgia)
- Memorial Satilla Waycross Only
Other Applications (**application availability & use varies by facility)
- iMobile – For communicating securely with hospital clinical care teams
- ePrescribe – Functionality to send non-controlled & controlled substance prescriptions electronically to pharmacies
- Airstrip One: Real-time access to pertinent patient information, including fetal waveforms, telemetry and ICU patient monitoring.
- UpToDate – Connectivity with your HCA Healthcare credentials for access to educational articles. Also has instructions for consolidating UpToDate accounts, if needed.
- mModal Fluency Direct – Speech recognition software that enables Provider to directly dictate into the electronic health record.
- eClinicalWorks – Comprehensive EHR used by the South Atlantic HCA own outpatient practices and clinics.
- Password Reset Tool & Identity Connect – Manage HCA 3/4 ID and passwords and two-factor authentication contact information without having to call the Service Desk.
- Phone Transcription – Please contact local facility Medical Records department for facility specific instructions on using the Phone Transcription service.
